Setup OTRequest Config

To add a New OT Request Config
Step 1: To add a new OT Request Config, click [+ Add New], at the bottom-left of the page, as can be seen Image 1. Step 2: A popup will appear, as shown below. Fill in the required fields. Step 3: To create the new OT Request Config and add more Configs, click [+ Create & Add More]. Else to create the new Config and close, click [+ Create & Close].
