Step 1: Select the Company, Department, Employee Status, Leave Type and Leave Period.

Step 2: Next, select the checkboxes to determine how you would like to group the entries. Then select the Leave Status, and select the checkbox if you would like the report to Show Leave Supporting Details.

Step 3: Once done, click the [Search] button to search for the entries that satisfy the specific requirements.

Step 4: Next, click [Download PDF] or [Download Excel] to download the PDF or Excel file respectively.
