Step 1: Select the Company, Department, Employee Status, Leave Type and Leave Period.

Step 2: Next, select the checkboxes to determine how you would like to group the entries. Select the Leave Status, and the checkbox if you want HR Info to be included.

Step 3: Once done, click the [Search] button to search for the entries that satisfy the specific requirements.

Step 4: Next, click [Download PDF] or [Download Excel] to download the PDF or Excel file respectively.
