Reset OTP

• For QR Code, reset user’s secret key to allow login without OTP from their previously registered device.

• Trigger when user no longer has access to the app or device in which they previously registered the QR code on.

Login Attempt (Lockout)

• Reset user’s maximum number of retries to allow user to attempt to login again immediately.
