To Add New Claim Category Entitlement

Step 1: Click [Mass Upload] at the bottom-right corner of the page, as shown in Image 1. You will be redirected to the page as shown in Image 2.

Step 2: Select the Company, Claim Category, Claim Item and File. Once done, select the claims you would like to upload, and click [Upload], which is at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
