[ResetReset OTP]: OTP

For MFA - QR Code, reset user’s secret key to allow login without OTP from their previously registered device. Trigger when user no longer have access to the app or device which they previously registered the QR code on.

[Reset Login Attempt (Lockout)]: (Lockout)

Reset user’s maximum retry to allow user to attempt login again immediately.
