Rules

To Setup Leave Rules

Step 1: Select the Company and the Leave Type that you would like to set the rules for

Step 2: Once done, scroll down and start to add the Gender, Marital Status, Nationality, Family Members as well as the Job Grade.

Step 3: To add Gender, click the [+ Add New] button in the Gender section and the following popup will appear, as shown below. Fill up the necessary information.

Step 4: Once done, click the [+ Add New] button to save your changes.

Step 5: To add Marital Status, click the [+ Add New] button in the Marital section and the following popup will appear, as shown below. Fill up the necessary information

Step 6: Once done, click the [+ Add New] button to save your changes.

Step 7: To add Nationality, click the [+ Add New] button in the Nationality section and the following popup will appear, as shown below. Fill up the necessary information

Step 8: Once done, click the [+ Add New] button to save your changes.

Step 9: To add Family Members, click the [+ Add New] button in the Family section and the following popup will appear, as shown below. Fill up the necessary information

Step 10: Once done, click the [+ Add New] button to save your changes.

Step 11: To select the Job Grade, select the checkboxes in the Job Grade section.

Step 12: Once done with all the individual sections, scroll back to the top of the page and click the [Save] button to save you changes, or click the [Copy To] button to copy this set of Leave Rules to another Company.
